If you need to make a start on your Christmas shopping but can’t quite face the frenzy of Liverpool One, there’s a hidden gem on Paradise Street that may offer you a solution.
WANDER is an independent business run by local artist Grace Emily. Inspired by her love for local creatives, the shop offers a range of unique items that are made using local and sustainable materials.
The shop supports and stocks a range of small businesses from across the country! However, it predominantly features items that are handcrafted in Liverpool, as a testament to the city’s creativity!
Ranging from scarfs and bags to Liverpool-made jams, there is a great selection to choose from when you’re Christmas shopping this year. With over two-hundred makers in total, there is definitely something for everyone!

Jewellery…
The ‘Sapphire Pendant’ beautifully made by local jeweller, Jules B.
This gorgeous necklace is a firm favourite amongst us! Jules’s pendants are handmade using sterling silver in her local studio in Liverpool. A lot of her pieces are unisex, so it’s a perfect gift for all the jewellery lovers in your life!
Best Candle Scent…
WANDER- Made by FieldDay in Ireland.
This is has become our trademark smell as it’s always burning in our shop, we love it! Its fragrant notes are Blackberry and Tomato leaf which smells wonderful, especially this time of year! Located in Ireland FieldDay’s candle collection is an “ode to the folk who shaped the land.”
For the Hard to Buy For…
TABLE chocolate.
TABLE chocolate is the perfect gift for those who are hard to buy for! It comes in a range of different flavours – white, dark, milk and even hot chocolate! All the ingredients are organic and ethically sourced and it’s made locally in the city centre. You can even attend one of their chocolate making workshops!

Handmade in London, Temí wanted to her children to have dolls that look like they do! Her dolls reflect the diversity of our community and make the perfect cuddly toy for your children!

Grace Emily’s Liverpool Print.
Designed by Grace who owns the shop, these prints sell non-stop! They are a perfect gift for those who love where they live, people who have moved away, or a memento of a happy tourist time! These prints are the staple WANDER item and have always been our best seller!
Located next to Pocket Cafe Bar on 98 Paradise Street, this shop is most definitely worth a visit when you are next in town!
